How does the free trial work?
Every new company starts with a 14-day free trial of the full platform — every module, no setup fees. Pick a plan when the trial ends to keep going.
Do I need new GPS hardware?
No. Savanna Fleet connects to the GPS units already fitted in your trucks, so your fleet shows up live in the dashboard without new hardware or installation downtime.
What happens when my fleet outgrows my plan?
You can upgrade at any time and the new truck and user limits apply immediately. Your data, trips and history all carry over — nothing to migrate.
What currency and payment methods do you support?
Plans are priced in US dollars and paid by card or mobile money through a secure checkout. Annual billing gives you two months free.
Are there contracts or setup fees?
No setup fees and no long-term lock-in. Monthly plans roll month to month and you can cancel anytime; annual plans simply run to the end of the paid year.
